On finding a buyer we will explain what happens next and be with you every step of the way. We will:

  • Arrange for reliable experts to undertake the following diagnostic reports; asbestos, lead (paint work only), termites, electric, gas, energy efficiency and sanitation. We will advise you at the time of finding a buyer which reports will be necessary.

  • Manage the property sale from beginning to end including being the liaison with your Notaire.

  • Organise the final signing day and attend the signing.

  • Read the water and electricity meters and transfer them into the new owner’s name.


Once instructed we will ask the legal owner(s) to sign a mandat de vente, giving us the right to market the property at an agreed price. If you decide to give us an ‘exclusive’ mandat de vente, we will offer you privileged marketing of your property.

Please note there is no charge to you as a vendor for any of our services, as it is the buyer who pays the Agency fees. The only thing you will have to pay for are the obligatory diagnostic reports.

If you require an avis de valeur, a written valuation, for a Notaire or for a Bank we will charge a fee of €150 plus TVA.
