Fantastic service

It is good to reflect on the fact that the Estate Agent who connected us to our property became a friend in need straight away. We highly recommend this agency

We have recently completed on our first house purchase in France. This was a big step for us and although we knew a little of the French house purchase procedure, it certainly was not enough!

Tanya Bright helped us every step of the way, which made our purchase go smoothly and more importantly clearly. We had everything explained to us, and even translated for us, so there was no need to worry about forgetting or not understanding anything. From our initial meeting with Tanya at the France Show she understood our requirements completely. Every house we were shown had potential and we never once felt under pressure when we kept on saying “We like it, but” in our search for the elusive dream home in the Limousin.

Even once we found it Allan and Tanya haven’t stopped helping us. From arranging at short notice for us to receive an independent opinion about how much work to the house might cost, to setting up a direct debit for our electricity bill and pointing us in the right direction for organising the installation of our septic tank, Allan and Tanya made purchasing a house in France simple.
